GETTING TO THE REGATTA

By car and public transport

Parking is available at the Donkey Darby field, postcode SO31 4JB.  See the map above.  Note: parking on the Quay is not advised as there is a farmers market in the Quay car park.

There is parking in the Passage Lane Car park in Warsash, postcode SO31 9FR and a regular ferry service between Warsash and Hamble. The last ferry on Saturday 7th is at 6pm, this is a special late running time for the regatta. See the Hamble Ferry for more details.

The Bluestar 15 bus arrives in Hamble from Southampton.  There are  train services to Hamble station, which is a 30-minute walk from the site.  The X4 and X5 bus calls at Warsash, giving easy access from Southampton, Gosport and Portsmouth.  See timetable

Arriving by boat

Mooring is available on the Hamble Harbour master jetty which will likely involve rafting up but it is close to all the Regatta action!  Mid-stream mooring is also available near to the Regatta (See map above). Contact the Harbour Master for berthing on VHF 68 and see the harbour website.

Dinghy/tender access is available on the inner north end of the Hamble Harbour Master jetty away from the ferry terminal and also on the beach!

Launching

Launching is available from Hamble hard, Warsash hard and Swanwick hard.  Take note of Hamble harbour master fees, which apply to larger craft and small craft with engines over 10HP (such as RIBs and jet skis). See map above.
